Nutrition 101: The Paleo Total Transformation

This is the first class in the series and ideal for brand new clients just learning the foundation of an ancestral health/ functional nutrition model or who are currently eating a standard American diet and beginning to transition. Also ideal for those eating paleo or who have done a whole 30, but want to understand "why" and make this a lifestyle change vs a diet.

Nutrition 201: The Keto Masterclass

This is the second step after completing Nutrition 101. This is ideal for people who want more about the science of personalized nutrition, those that want to understand the 15 biggest myths associated with "bastardized" or "dirty" keto, or those who've tried a ketogenic diet, but want to tailor it to them, or understand why they didn't get the results they wanted.

Nutrition 301: The Carnivore Code

This is your masters degree in nutrition and goes deep into the science of chemical compounds found in plants, understanding our evolutionary diet and fine tuning nutrition to the unique needs of the individual's DNA and epigenetics.

You must complete one or both courses above prior to taking this class.
